We have been in the signage business for over twenty years and are proud to be an industry leader. Located in Southern Ontario, we have built Vital Signs from humble beginnings. Today we are a multinational company but the majority of our clients are based in Ontario. It's there that we built our client base to what it is today, by always placing our customer's needs first and providing an exceptional product. Our goal is to continue to offer signs in Ontario as well as internationally for decades to come!
5 Steps in manufacturing Signs in Ontario
- CONCEPTUAL DESIGN – The first step in manufacturing signs in Ontario is creating the Conceptual Design. Vital Signs is always up to date with all the new products and technology in our industry. Our design staff provides our clients with unique ideas to help them achieve their branding goals and objectives.
- PRELIMINARY LAYOUTS, PROPOSALS AND SITE SURVEYS – Step two in manufacturing signs in Ontario is preparing the Preliminary Layouts, Proposals and Site Surveys. Every municipality has their own by-laws; we will survey the property to confirm the sign of choice will be installed within legal guidelines. We also provide our customers with full color proofs, for their approval prior to manufacturing.
- PERMITS – Step three in manufacturing signs in Ontario is obtaining the proper permits. Every municipality has their own by-laws and restrictions on signage. We offer the service of taking care of all applications and submissions for our clients to guarantee that the sign of choice is built within all appropriate legal guidelines.
- FABRICATION – Step four in manufacturing signs in Ontario is Fabrication. We have state-of the-art computer automated equipment. ALL fabrication is done within our 16,500 square foot facility which is designed to handle any project regardless of size. With over twenty years of fabricating and welding experience and a fully computerized plant, we are able to manufacture the most complex production demands. All our products are tested and quality checked prior to delivery or instillation.
- INSTALLATION, SERVICE AND REPAIRS – Phase five in manufacturing signs in Ontario is the process of Installation, Service and Repairs. Vital Signs makes sure that your sign is properly installed according to municipal by-laws. We achieve this with experienced supervisors, crews and the most modern equipment.
The reason why more than 70% of our clients are repeat business is because Vital Signs goes above and beyond the standard 1 year warranty and offers a 2 year warranty on all parts, labour and workmanship. During the warranty period Vital Signs crews will note and correct any deficiencies with little disruption at no extra cost.
