Steps for Home brewing Beer

Those people who love the beer at most are always in search how to brew the beer at their home, so first of all you know what the basic needs for home brewing beer are? The procedure of making brew consists of five major steps; in first step you have to sanitize all the beer making equipment then in second step you have to boil whole fruit extract or mixture of juice and sugar then in third step allow it to cool down and in fourth step the whole mixture goes through fermentation process and at last when the process of fermentation is over then transfer the whole mixture from the ferment jar to the clean bottle very carefully and store it in the cool place for a long time so that it becomes perfect for drinking. With the help of the instruction presented below, you properly get to know what is the actual procedure or steps for making the beer at home.

Before starting the whole process, first of all you should buy or have the proper equipment for making the beer and make sure that home brewing is legal at your country and also check the amount of the alcohol and other ingredients which are legally permissible to use in the process of making beer. When you buy or get a new home brew kit of your own choice then ensure that it contains all the essential constituents which help you, to make the proper beer at your home. The kit you have should be containing the hopped malt concentrate and a packet of yeast. You also need some extra sugar (such as demerera sugar) rice syrup, dry malt extract to make perfect alcohol in the beer.

First of all you need to sanitize all the beer making equipment like brewing pot, primary ferment jar, spoons, bowls, rubber spatula and the bottles. Cleaning these stuffs doesn't mean by using soap water you should also use the bleach and water mixture (liquid dish washing soap + water). After that, infuse the whole malt extract into the tin can containing the hot water for 15-20 minutes to make extract softer. After that boil the water up to 70°C in the jar and add all the constituents one by one according to the instructions presented in the guide supply by the kit and stir the mixture until all the ingredients dissolve perfectly, after that put the lid on that jar for 10 to 15 minutes.

Add all the contain in the primary ferment jar, which is already filled by the cold water and yeast and mix well everything so that oxygen get dissolve completely then close that jar and kept in the room temperature in dark place for 3-5 days for fermenting the beer. After 5th day, check that beer still fermenting then leaves it more few days, once the bubble stops this means primary fermentation is completed. Now after this, add all the beer in the clean and sanitized bottles and place in the refrigerator and allow them to chill and this whole process includes the home brewing of the beer.
