The 2011 Malibu can be had in four trims: LTZ, 1LT, LS and 2LT.

Safety
The 2011 Chevy Malibu is loaded with all the features that would make you feel safe as a driver. These features include stability and traction control, Onstar telematics, head curtain airbags and front side airbags. Antilock disc brakes have also been included in the 2011 model. In the rigorous test by the Government, the Malibu scored an overall 4 out of a possible 5 for safety. The model scored five stars for overall side crash protection and four stars for overall frontal crash protection. The Malibu was awarded the highest rating of ‘Good' by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety in its side impact and frontal off-set testing. The v6 Malibu was applauded in the brake performance testing for stopping 60mph in a short 122feet that was fade free.

The new Malibu has a curvy feature with a ‘dual-cowl dash up front'. The Malibu is available in two color tone options.
